Brett Strand, J.D.

Since October 2010, Brett has helped employers find solutions to difficult problems and strategize for business success. In his immigration practice, Brett has unique experience partnering with HR teams to streamline and simplify immigration case management; he also drafts complex petitions for non-immigrant and immigrant visa classifications and ensures clients’ compliance with federal immigration law. His employment practice similarly is based on collaboration with employers and HR professionals. He helps employers manage situations involving employee discipline, discrimination laws, wage and pay requirements, medical leave, and labor relations.

Brett received his undergraduate degree from Illinois Wesleyan University and earned his law degree from Notre Dame Law School. He is a lifelong resident of Rockford.
